Introduction
The Aluminum automatic drop down seal consist of aluminum section which surrounds a movable drop down seal is actuated by a plunger which contacts the jamb as the door is closing, forcing the drop door seal down against the floor on threshold.
Description
The BIYOU Fire & Acoustic Automatic Drop Down Seals are designed for the gap between the door bottom and floor, it provides an excellent barrier to airborne sound and helping to ensure that the acoustic attenuation provided by a door set .
The BIYOU Fire & Acoustic Automatic Drop Down Seals control the movement of the inner sealing strip through mechanical movement. When the door is closed , internal sealing strip will be down automatically to performance the tight sealing effects. When the door is opened, the inner seals will be automatically rise from the floor. Some of this serious seal can be fully hidden in the door bottom groove, the door beautiful surface will not be affected by installation of the seal.

A medium duty, concealed automatic door bottom seal that is mortised into the bottom edge of single action doors.

ADDS-G with twin silicon bulb gaskets and is spring loaded to lift clear of the floor as soon as the door leaf is
opened by a few millimeters.
Location:
Fully morticed into the bottom of single and double butt hinged doors (minimum door thickness of 45mm).
For double doors, plain meeting stiles are required
Installation:
Concealed screw fix with the cover plates on both ends. Before installation, 27x22mm groove need to be
worked out in the bottom of door. Place the seal inside of the groove and fix the cover plates on both ends
by screws.
Seal:Silicon in black color

Package:Packing each with screws bagged and attached in a poly bag, 25 PCS in a strong master carton to be shipped.
